Why is 21st century skills needed?

Well, there are a lot of reasons why we need to equip the future generations with skills for not only for school, but for jobs, life, and society. Getting students prepared in the basic skills like English, History, etc. are only a portion of what else is needed to be learned to be successful in the workplace.

Parents, companies are looking for qualified students with these skills I'm about to introduce to

you. These particular skills are called the 4 C's.

• Communication (oral/written)
• Critical thinking/ problem solving 
• Collaboration teamwork
